On the Luther Trail, just before Creuzburg, the historical Stiftsgut Wilhelmsglücksbrunn welcomes its visitors. The former saline was first documented in 1426, and since 1997 it has been restored in large part. Nowadays, there is a handicapped-accessible restaurant and café in the Baroque-style manor house. Guest rooms and conference venues are integrated in a former agricultural building. Centre of the local organic company is a cheese manufacture with a 200-headed flock of Lacaune-milk sheep and water oxen. After an interesting tour around the farm, you should taste the delicious "Blauen Creuzburger" by all means – it has already been awarded an international prize.
